Products

Handmade items may show small variations from photos — that is the nature of craft. Items marked "one of a kind" are unique; once sold they are removed from the store.

Orders & payment

Prices are in USD. Payment is charged via Stripe or PayPal at checkout. An order is only confirmed after payment completes.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from China — shipping is calculated at checkout by destination and weight. Delivery times vary by destination (typically 14–30 days). Tracking numbers are provided once shipped.

Returns, shipping fees & deductions

Non-quality returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery: return shipping is paid by the buyer, the original shipping fee is non-refundable (only the item price is refunded), and deductions may apply for diminished value. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom-made and personalised pieces are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right (quality issues are handled under our damage policy). Refund-without-return for high-value, one-of-a-kind or custom pieces applies only with our prior written confirmation. Please inspect on delivery and keep packaging until claims are settled; damaged or wrongly delivered items are always fully covered by us.

Communications & records

In-site chat and email communications are retained for order fulfilment, customer service and dispute resolution; when necessary, they may be submitted as transaction evidence to payment providers or dispute bodies. Chat supports multilingual auto-translation — translations are for reference and the original message prevails. Please do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment details in chat. Exports include a SHA-256 tamper-evident hash chain and a server signature, independently verifiable via our verification endpoint at any time.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, product photography, logos and page design — belongs to TangCraft or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission. Product photos are taken by our own team; please do not reuse them.

Accounts & termination

You may request account deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]; we complete erasure within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse or breach of these terms.

Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. We resolve every issue amicably first — just contact us and we will make it right. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it is submitted to the competent court at the seller's place of business. Your statutory consumer rights under your local law are not affected.
